self-catering luxury villa and eco Yurt is run on alternative energy and set in a
fabulous valley over looking Arrieta Beach. It is uniquely located on an
estate of 30,000 meters of land, you enter via an electric gate and pass
the first independent dwelling, continuing on up the drive you reach the
beautifully restored house, which boasts spectacular panoramic sea and
mountain views.
It has mature
exotic gardens, which include Mango, Banana, Guava & Lime fruit trees
& bushes. (a bonus if you are here in the right season!) The
entire estate runs on wind and solar power and is a unique example of
sustainable living. There are 24 solar panels, batteries and 2 large
windmills. This rural location is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday
in the country with the added beauty of being next to the beach. The area was originally farming land and has two natural wells; the house is a fully restored Aljibe 'Water Deposit' and has been styled using local stonework and wood. It is just a five min walk to the beach & sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bathrooms, lounge area, full kitchen with grill, 4 ring stove, fridge, oven & washing machine. There is also an outdoor 'breeze house' dining area with thatched roof & sea views, sun loungers & BBQ. Towels & linen are provided & there is also a safe. We can also arrange free internet use nearby for our clients.
The master suite has a large double bed, spacious built in wardrobe & ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath (with Shower) & second separate shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds & a double sofa bed. For additional bed space there is a choice of a further double sofa bed or an Indonesian day bed in the lounge. Bathroom 2 has a WC & shower & both bathrooms have Italian designed sinks & Moroccan mirrors
This property is child friendly and special touches include guests being welcome to fresh farm eggs every morning from our free-range hens, a play area & trampoline for children, table tennis, a sand football pitch, 4 bicycles and even a resident donkey called Molly.
The shared solar heated pool area consists of a 10-meter lap pool & a jet pool. There is a Polynesian style day bed with thatched roof beside this is a large open entertaining suite with a 2nd kitchen, gas BBQ, dining table, Moroccan style seating area, and a guest toilet with shower. This area services the 3 dwellings.
location: Canarian fishing village along with having all amenities i.e. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, sea front tapas bars etc. Arrieta is a great place from which to discover the real Lanzarote countryside, walking or mountain biking, hiking up volcanoes, discovering caves whilst enjoying spectacular sea & mountain views. A wonderful place to holiday and experience the true Lanzarote life style.
pricing:
Finca Arrieta :1000 euros weekly low season & 1300 euros high season for up to 4 people, additional guests pay €75 per person per week. Eco Yurt for up to 4 guests: 575 euros per week low season & 695 euros per week high season. Please note there is a discount if both the house & Yurt are rented together.
